1.1 Why can't I log in?

There could be several reasons for this problem, first check the following:

  • Did you enter the e-mail address you used to register the account?
  • Does your browser accept cookies?

If you are sure that the e-mail address is correct, you can request a new password. If you perform an incorrect log in attempt the error message also advises you to reset your password.

If you receive a message that your account is inactive, you must first activate it. When you register, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you supplied. If you have not received this e-mail within 24 hours you can contact us using the e-mail address you used to register your account and we will activate your account manually.

If you still cannot log in after following these instructions please don't hesitate to contact us!

1.2 Do i also get discount?

You will automatically receive a discount from us for orders exceeding € 150,--. This discount will be immediately applied to your bill. Discount Rules do not apply to box sales and Sale The discount is allready included in here. Processed discount of the boxes is about 25% compared to unit sales.

The minimum quantity per order is € 70, - this is exclusive of VAT.

1.3 What is PU leather?
PU (polyurethane) is a polymer, which has many applications, such as use as an artificial substitute for leather.
1.4 Is there a minimal purchase amount?
The minimum purchase per order is to the value of € 70,-- this is exclusive of VAT.
1.5 Can I change my password?
Yes, you can. You can change your details and password under 'My account'. Once you have logged in, click your name at the top on the right or 'My account' at the bottom on the right.
1.6 How does the ordering process work?

Ordering from ‘Falindioz.com’ takes place in 4 easy steps.

1. Items in shopping basket
You select an item to put in your shopping basket by clicking on the product stating quantity. Next place the product in your shopping basket. Continue until you reach the minimum order amount of 70 euros exclusive of VAT. It is currently not possible to place orders of less than 70 euros.

2. Select shipping method and payment method
You must be logged in before being able to proceed to step 2. If you don’t have an account with ‘Tassengroothandel.com’ you can create one, free of charge by clicking on “create account” (see link top right).

We currently ship to the following countries through our partner DPD:

  • For the prices click on "Delivery" on the bottom of our site.

We are always on the lookout for new countries to dispatch to! Do you have a suggestion? Then please contact us.

3. Confirming your order
The third step provides you with a summary where you will see all the products you have placed in your shopping basket. Before you confirm your order you need to agree to our terms and conditions.

4. Confirmation and payment
If you selected the online payment method at step 2, you will automatically be redirected to MultiSafepay, our partner’s payment portal. Our partner, MultiSafepay handles all of our online payments so you can be assured of a secure transaction; we will not store your credit card details or bank account number.

Once confirmation has taken place you will receive an email from us which will contain all the necessary information.

1.7 How does delivery work?

Your order will be delivered by DPD. If no one is in to receive the parcel then it will be delivered again the following day. Should the same situation occur the package can be collected from the closest service point.

Once your payment has been received, your order, if placed before 15:00, will be delivered in 2 till 5 working days.

1.8 Why can I not see any prices?
Falindioz.com is a wholesale business, which implies that we only deliver to companies. You can register and consult the prices. As an individual, it is not possible to register yourself.
1.9 Can I also purchase bags at your company premises?
Falindioz.com is an online wholesaler in ladies bags with an extensive range of different types of bags such as evening bags and handbags. The bags wholesaler is located in Almere, The Netherlands and only trades via the Internet so you can benefit from highly competitive prices. The wholesaler can be visited by appointment.
1.10 What do I do if a product displays a defect?
Falindioz.com requests that you inspect the contents when you receive your order with our bags for any damage or manufacturing defects. If you unexpectedly discover damage or a manufacturing defect you must inform us within 48 hours: send an e-mail mentioning the order number and the product's article number to  service@tassengroothandel.com. including an attachment with a photograph that clearly displays the defect. After an assessment we will reimburse you for the product or deduct the amount from your next order.
1.11 Can I request my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. In the order process you can select 'Different delivery address'. You can also change your details under 'My account'. Click 'My account' bottom right or your name at the top right of the screen.
1.12 How long does it take before I receive my order?
Since Falindioz.com only delivers from stock, you receive your items the following workday (if you place your order before 3 p.m. on a workday). Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday are delivered the following Tuesday. If you have not received your items within three days then please contact us.

1.15 Are all the prices exclusive of VAT?
All prices displayed on the site are exclusive of VAT.
1.16 My company is not located in the Netherlands; do I have to pay VAT?
Falindioz.com.com supplies its products to international entrepreneurs at the 0% VAT rate. When registering, enter your VAT number. This means that we will not apply VAT.
1.17 What sales prices should I apply?
Our recommended retail price is equal to between 3 and 3.5 times the purchase price, plus VAT. Naturally you can decide the price you want to apply. This may vary per bag. Our factor is intended solely as a guide. Example: purchase price € 11.95 x factor 3 = 35.85 plus 21% VAT equals a retail price of € 43.37. The rounded off recommended retail price is € 39.95
1.18 Why isn't VAT mentioned on my invoice?

This is because our company is located in the Netherlands and deliveries in Europe are subject to the 0% rate. If you are located in the Netherlands and your invoice does not specify VAT something probably went wrong during your registration.
